THE FOOD PYRAMID
The food pyramid explain to us what we should eat to have a balanced diet. Starting eat pasta, bread and cereals. After that we should eat fruits and vegetables. After the fruit and vegetables we eat milk products like cheese and yogurt, and meat and fish. And finally we shouldn´t eat ice cream, candy, etc. This are the six
squares of the food pyramid.
ALSO EXIST A CIRCLE OF FOOD

The group 1 are cereals, legumes and vegetables should be consumed every day in sufficient quantities and in each meal that make. Its main function is to provide us of daily energy, and we provide carbohydrates, vegetable protein and fiber.
The group 2 are fruits and vegetables, these foods should be consumed daily in sufficient quantity, it is recommended 2 to 3 servings of each. This group provides vitamins and minerals.
The group 3 are the fish and the meat. This group provides vitamins and proteins. But we shouldn´t eat a lot of this.
The group 4 are the fats and the sugar. We don´t sould eat this a lot.
The sport is very important to us because if we don´t play any sport we fat.
A famous eating disorders is for example, if we eat a lot of food, we vomit the food.
